活动中，张常军主席带领南京电气交流团先后参观了栖霞区非物质文化展示区、特色字画展区及政协办公区域。在非遗与字画展示环节，交流团沉浸式领略栖霞区深厚的文化底蕴与人文魅力，感受本土非遗技艺的匠心传承和书画艺术的独特韵味，在文化浸润中拉近政企距离；走进政协办公区域，交流团详细了解政协履职平台建设、日常工作开展等情况，对栖霞区政协立足职能、服务地方发展的务实举措有了直观且深入的认识。
参观结束后，双方在会议室召开交流座谈会，围绕企业发展规划、区域产业协同、政企服务对接等核心议题展开深入探讨。南京电气交流团详细介绍了企业在电气制造、新能源发展、国际贸易、电力工程等领域的发展现状、核心布局及未来规划，同时结合企业发展实际，就产业升级、资源对接等方面的需求与政协方面进行充分交流。
During the activity, Chairman Zhang Changjun led the Nanjing Electric exchange delegation to visit the intangible cultural heritage exhibition area, characteristic calligraphy and painting exhibition area, and CPPCC office area of Qixia District successively. In the intangible cultural heritage and calligraphy and painting exhibition session, the exchange delegation experienced the profound cultural heritage and humanistic charm of Qixia District in an immersive way, felt the ingenious inheritance of local intangible cultural heritage skills and the unique charm of calligraphy and painting art, and narrowed the distance between the government and enterprises through cultural immersion. When entering the CPPCC office area, the exchange delegation learned in detail about the construction of the CPPCC's performance platform and the development of daily work, and gained an intuitive and in-depth understanding of the pragmatic measures taken by Qixia District CPPCC to base itself on its functions and serve local development.
After the visit, the two sides held an exchange symposium in the conference room, and conducted in-depth discussions on core topics such as enterprise development planning, regional industrial coordination, and government-enterprise service docking. The Nanjing Electric exchange delegation introduced in detail the current development status, core layout and future planning of the enterprise in the fields of electrical manufacturing, new energy development, international trade, power engineering, etc. At the same time, combined with the actual development of the enterprise, it fully communicated with the CPPCC on the needs of industrial upgrading, resource docking and other aspects.
