2. 护照首页扫描件。申请人须提交有效期晚于2026年10月本人普通护照的首页清晰扫描件；
A scanned copy of the passport information page. The expiration date of the passport shall not be on or before October 2026.
3. 经公证的最高学历证明。如申请人为在校学生，需提交本人就读学校出具的预计毕业证明或在学证明。
Notarized highest diploma. If the applicant is currently a student, a certificate of expected graduation or enrollment from their school is required.
4. 学习成绩单。中英文以外文本须附经公证的中文或英文的译文。
Academic Transcripts: Transcripts in languages other than Chinese or English must be attached with notarized Chinese or English translations.
5. 语言能力证明。
Proof of language proficiency.
6. 来华学习或研究计划。1000字以上，用中文或英文书写。
A Study Plan or Research Proposal. A minimum of 1,000 words in Chinese or English.
7. 推荐信。提交两名教授或副教授的推荐信，仅限于用中文或英文书写。
Recommendation Letters. Applicants shall submit two letters of recommendation in Chinese or English from two professors or associate professors.
8.《外国人体格检查表》。提交电子扫描件，原件自行保存，此表格由中国卫生检疫部门统一印制，须英文填写。申请人应严格按照《外国人体格检查表》中要求的项目进行检查。缺项未贴有本人照片或照片上未盖骑缝章，无医师和医院签字盖章的《外国人体格检查表》无效，检查结果有效期为6个月；
Applicants must submit a scanned copy of the Foreigner Physical Examination Form completed in English (the original copy should be kept by the applicant. The form is designed by the Chinese quarantine authority). The physical examinations must cover all the items listed on the Foreigner Physical Examination Form. Incomplete records or records without a sealed photograph of the applicants, the signature of the attending physician, or the official stamp of the hospital are invalid. The results of the physical examination are valid for only 6 months.

9. 无犯罪记录证明。申请人须提交由所在地公安机关出具的有效期内的无犯罪记录证明，通常应为提交申请之日前6个月以内的证明文件。中英文以外文本须附经公证的中文或英文的译文。
Certificate of Non-Criminal Record. The applicant shall submit a valid certificate of Non-Criminal Record issued by the local public security authority, usually issued within 6 months prior to the submission date of the application.

13. CSCA官方成绩单（仅用于本科项目）。
An official CSCA Score Report (for Bachelor's programs only).
14. 申请费。本科项目人民币500元；硕士、博士研究生项目人民币600元。提交申请后，线上支付申请费；付款成功，即视为报名完成。
Application Fee. CNY 500 for bachelor’s programs; CNY 600 for master’s and PhD programs. Please pay online after submitting your application. Upon successful payment, your application shall be deemed complete.
