南京地铁S1号线（南京地铁机场线）是南京开通的第三条地铁线路，南京地铁10号线首期工程同时间开通。
南京地铁S1号线一期于2014年7月1日正式运营。
途经雨花台区和江宁区。
经过南京南站、江宁大学城西侧、江宁经济开发区、秣陵片区、禄口新城、禄口机场，空港新城江宁站等部分区域。
全长35.8公里，其中地下段19.7公里、过渡段0.7公里、高架段16.9公里。
共设置9座车站，其中地下站6座、高架站3座。
列车采用B型鼓形列车6节编组。
最高运行时速100公里/时。
