这一年，我们践行使命、主动作为，以深耕主业为臂膀，扛起电力装备制造的责任担当。持续扩大投资、释放优质产能，产业规模和盈利能力创下历史新高。6月1日超特高压产品高端智能产业化项目点火投产，12月1日绝缘成型件绿色数智化项目投产，一系列标志性成果为发展注入强劲动能。我们大力推进三大套管能力提升、高新材料产能提升等重点项目，规模效益初见成效；江苏珈云新材徐州基地投产即旺，气凝胶新项目落地建设，多元布局步履坚实。我们始终扎根地方发展，助力区域产业升级，在栖霞区乃至南京市的电力装备产业发展中勇当先锋，以优质产品和硬核实力赋能新型电力系统建设，点亮万家灯火、赋能美好生活。
这一年，我们稳中向好、进中提质，以多元突破为笔墨，书写量质齐升的壮丽篇章。面对全球经济格局调整、行业竞争日趋激烈的形势，我们上下一心、团结拼搏，国际化项目订单、营收、利润全面创历史新高，海外布局正式启动，全球化经营新格局加快构建；新能源领域以“制造+智能+工程+运维”新型模式打开发展新局，呈现良好发展势头。我们狠抓练内功，在产学研、运营、财务、安全、数字化、精益生产等多方面实现长足进步，精细化管理水平持续提升。科技集团获评栖霞区投资先锋企业，位列南京市综合百强第66名、制造业百强第24名，智能电力设备公司获评2025年度南京市瞪羚企业、绝缘子公司斩获江苏省质量信用AAA级企业、江苏省绿色工厂认证，行业引领力和社会美誉度不断攀升。

As the annual cycle renews and new glories unfold, on the occasion of the Spring Festival of the Bingwu Year of the Horse, 2026, we, on behalf of the management team of Nanjing Electric, extend our sincere greetings and best wishes to all cadres and employees working diligently across all fronts; to retired senior leaders, veteran colleagues, and employees' family members who care deeply about the company's development; and to leaders at provincial, municipal, and district levels, partners, and friends from all sectors of society who have shown care and support for Nanjing Electric!
In 2025, guided by Xi Jinping Thought on Socialism with Chinese Characteristics for a New Era, we aligned ourselves with the strategic arrangements of Baiyun Power Group (BPG), closely followed the development trends of the power industry, and advanced the company's high-quality development with steady strides under the guidance of the motto *"Passion Unleashed, Foundations Strengthened, Quality Enhanced, Innovation Led, Glory in 2025"*. Our core business indicators reached new heights, achieving simultaneous growth in scale and quality, as well as speed and efficiency.
This year, we fulfilled our mission and took proactive actions. With deep commitment to our core business as our support, we shouldered our responsibility in power equipment manufacturing. We continued to expand investment and unleash high-quality production capacity, driving our industrial scale and profitability to record highs. On June 1, the high-end intelligent industrialization project for ultra- and extra-high voltage products was put into operation; on December 1, the green digital and intelligent project for insulating molded parts was launched. A series of landmark achievements injected strong momentum into our development. We vigorously advanced key projects such as the capacity upgrade of three major bushing types and the production capacity expansion of high-tech materials, with initial results in scale efficiency achieved. The Xuzhou base of Jiangsu Jiayun New Materials thrived immediately after its operation, and the new aerogel project was launched, marking solid progress in our diversified layout. Rooted in local development, we supported regional industrial upgrading and took the lead in the power equipment industry in Qixia District and Nanjing as a whole. With high-quality products and solid strength, we empowered the construction of a new power system, lighting up thousands of households and enabling a better life.
This year, we maintained stable growth while improving quality. With breakthroughs in multiple areas as our brushstrokes, we wrote a magnificent chapter of simultaneous growth in volume and quality. Facing adjustments in the global economic structure and increasingly fierce industry competition, we united as one and strived hard: our international project orders, revenue, and profits all hit record highs, our overseas layout was officially launched, and the new pattern of global operation was accelerated. In the new energy sector, we opened up a new development prospect with the innovative model of *"Manufacturing + Intelligence + Engineering + Operation & Maintenance"*, showing sound momentum. We focused on strengthening internal capabilities, made significant progress in industry-university-research collaboration, operations, finance, safety, digitalization, lean production, and other areas, and continuously improved our refined management level. Nanjing Electric Technology Group was awarded the title of "Pioneer Enterprise in Investment" in Qixia District, ranking 66th among Nanjing's Top 100 Comprehensive Enterprises and 24th among Nanjing's Top 100 Manufacturing Enterprises. Our Intelligent Power Equipment Company was named a "Gazelle Enterprise of Nanjing 2025", and our Insulator Company won the AAA-level Enterprise for Quality Credit in Jiangsu Province and the certification of Jiangsu Green Factory. Our industry leadership and social reputation continued to rise.
This year, we shifted gears to accelerate progress and embraced new opportunities for growth. With industrial upgrading as the key highlight, we depicted a grand landscape of transformative development. We focused on the direction of green intelligent manufacturing, adhering to internal-external coordination and dual-driven efforts—simultaneously striving to refine and strengthen our core business and achieve innovative breakthroughs in diversified industries. Our core business of glass insulators continued to lead the industry, and sectors such as bushings, international business, and new energy thrived, with the resilience of our industrial chain continuously strengthened. We carefully mapped out the "second curve" of growth, focusing on the high-end, intelligent, and green development of power equipment. We made forward-looking layouts in overseas markets and emerging fields, accelerated breakthroughs in the international and new energy tracks, and saw new business formats and growth drivers emerge in abundance, laying a solid foundation for the company's long-term development.
This year, we forged ahead with determination and dared to make breakthroughs. With reform and innovation as the rhythm, we played a stirring movement of building a strong enterprise through science and technology. We continued to deepen internal management improvement, improved the operation management system, continuously optimized compliance management, informatization construction, park management, and reception services, and enhanced the efficiency of corporate governance. We built the "One Station, Three Centers" innovation platform, carried out 24 R&D projects throughout the year, and successfully developed key products such as the 750kV resin-impregnated paper transformer bushing. We filed 32 new patents and obtained 19 authorizations; multiple technological achievements won provincial and ministerial awards, consolidating our core competitiveness. We adhered to the strategy of strengthening the enterprise with talents, improved the "three-level talent echelon" structure, and significantly improved the quality of our talent team through various forms such as the "Association for Science and Technology Lecture Hall" and university-enterprise joint training. The support from innovative talents became more solid, more technological breakthroughs demonstrated our strength, and more product innovations inspired us all.
This year, we united our efforts and forged ahead with resolve. With the guidance of uniting our minds and gathering our spirits, we built a strong guarantee for striving for excellence in all undertakings. We adhered to the Party's leadership in development, deeply integrating Party building work with production, operation, and corporate governance, and guiding Party members, cadres, and employees to integrate their enthusiasm for undertaking initiatives into the company's overall development. We strengthened the defense line for safe development and won the titles of "Advanced Unit for Police-Enterprise Joint Prevention" and "Advanced Unit for Safety-Enterprise Joint Service", further improving our safety management system and solidifying the foundation for development. We strengthened the employment orientation of valuing practical work and real achievements, forging a team of cadres and employees who proactively take on tough challenges and are able to win battles. All employees united to overcome difficulties, demonstrated their sense of responsibility in collective struggle, and the company's cohesion and centripetal force continued to grow. We wholeheartedly took care of the "small matters" related to employees' development and worked in unison to accomplish the "major tasks" of the company's high-quality development, enabling all Nanjing Electric people to gain growth and share achievements through their hard work.
The past year has been an extraordinary journey of development, and our achievements are inspiring. All departments and subsidiaries stayed true to their missions, took on heavy responsibilities in the broader development context, dared to strive and innovate in major challenges, accomplished tasks with excellence, left many unforgettable moments, and produced many advanced models. All employees gained more confidence and strength as they strived! Hereby, we extend our highest respect and heartfelt gratitude to every hardworking Nanjing Electric person, as well as to leaders at all levels, partners, and friends from all sectors of society who have supported us for a long time!
Though the journey ahead is steep and long, we shall press forward with renewed resolve to scale greater heights. 2026 marks the first year of the 15th Five-Year Plan and a crucial year for Nanjing Electric to ride the tide and achieve new glories. We will more closely unite around the Central Committee of the Communist Party of China with Comrade Xi Jinping at its core, earnestly implement the decisions and arrangements of the Central Committee and the State Council regarding the development of the power equipment manufacturing industry, adhere to the strategic guidance of BPG, firmly shoulder our responsibilities and missions, and actively serve the national strategy for building a new power system.
