2026年米兰﹣科尔蒂纳冬奥会已圆满闭幕，中国代表团以5金4银6铜的优异成绩，刷新了我国境外参赛的历史最佳战绩。本届冬奥会中国派出了史上规模最大的代表团，展现了强大的实力。

2.国内新闻

发改委将深化“人工智能+”行动，“十五五末”，人工智能相关产业规模将增长到10万亿元以上。

3.校内新闻

2026年3月5日清晨，我校顺利举行2025-2026学年度第二学期开学典礼。

International News:

The Milan-Cortina 2026 Winter Olympics has concluded successfully. The Chinese delegation achieved an outstanding result of 5 gold, 4 silver, and 6 bronze medals, setting a new record for China's best performance at an overseas Winter Olympics. With the largest delegation in its history, China demonstrated formidable strength at these Games.

National News:

The NDRC will deepen the "AI+" Initiative , with the scale of the AI-related industry expected to grow to over 10 trillion yuan by the end of the 15th Five-Year Plan period.

On the morning of the 5th of March , 2026, the opening ceremony of the second semester of the 2025 to 2026 academic year at our school was held successfully.

张姆斯同学的成长，是一个不断进步、后来居上的过程。从初一时的默默无闻，到初二崭露头角，再到初三稳定在班级前八名，他一步一个脚印，踏实前行。课堂上专注听讲，课后深究每一个疑问，面对困难迎难而上，取得成绩低调谦逊。他用行动告诉我们：学习从来没有捷径，成功源于日复一日的耕耘。

Hello everyone! I am Lu Junlin from Class 7, Grade 9. Today, ,I will introduce the Student Star of our class—Zhang Musi to you with my classmate Xiong Yundi.

Zhang Musi's growth is a journey of continuous progress and gradual improvement. From being relatively unknown in the first year of junior high to standing out in the second year, and now ranking consistently among the top eight in our class in the third year, he has been moving forward steadily, one step at a time. Through his actions, he shows us that there are no shortcuts to learning—success comes from persistent effort day after day.

"A determined person must envision their goal; one who succeeds plans from the very beginning." Let us all take him as an example, and in these final 100 days, give our best effort, water our dreams with hard work, and strive to achieve a result that leaves no regrets. Thank you.

尊敬的老师们、亲爱的同学们，亲爱的初三战友们：

大家早上好！我是初三7班的陈立言。

今天，将由我和马宁雨同学给大家带来国旗下讲话，我们演讲的主题是“植此青绿，共树未来”植树节宣传活动。

春风拂过秦外校园，香樟吐绿、迎春绽放，这三月的新绿，不仅装点着我们的校园，更映照着我们初三学子冲刺中考的坚定身影。

我们一同扎根秦外沃土，校园的一草一木，见证着我们的成长，也陪伴着我们度过每一个奋斗的日子。树木生长，需日复一日扎根土壤、汲取养分；正如我们学习的道路上，每一次刷题、每一份拼搏、每一次咬牙坚持，都是在为自己的未来扎根，为心中的梦想浇灌。

“植此青绿”，植的是校园里的草木，更是我们心中的希望与韧劲；“共树未来”，树的是挺拔的绿树，更是我们不负韶华、奋勇争先的理想。在此，我代表全体初三学子，向全体同学发出倡议：

第一，护校园之绿，养自律之心。爱护校园草木，珍惜每一片绿意，以自律约束自己，以坚守滋养成长，让秦外的绿意，成为我们奋斗路上最温暖的陪伴。

第二，践植绿之行，筑奋斗之基。主动参与校园绿植养护，节约每一张纸、每一度电，践行低碳环保；让我们共同珍惜每一堂课、每一次模拟，以脚踏实地的努力，筑牢根基，让每一份付出，都能像种子一样，孕育出成长的力量。

第三，传绿色之念，赴青春之约。把爱绿、植绿、护绿的理念传递给身边的人，让绿色成为秦外最鲜明的底色；也愿我们全体同学，以树木般的坚韧与执着，直面每一次挑战，不负老师的教诲，不负父母的期盼，更不负自己的青春，在六月的考场上，绽放属于我们的光芒。

同学们，树木扎根方能抵御风雨，我们拼搏方能成就未来。让我们与这三月新绿一同生长，与秦外校园一同前行。让我们以绿为媒、以梦为马，守护校园青绿，坚守冲刺初心，并肩作战、向阳生长，不负韶华，共赴属于我们的美好未来！

Dear teachers, dear schoolmates, dear fellow Grade 9 friends:

Good morning! I'm MaNingYu from Class 7, Grade 9.

Today, my classmate Chen Liyan and I will deliver a speech under the national flag. The topic of our presentation is "Plant This Green, Build Our Future Together" —in celebration of Tree Planting Day and to promote environmental awareness among us all.

The spring breeze blows across the Qinwai campus. The camphor trees are turning green, and the winter jasmines are blooming. This fresh green of March not only makes our campus beautiful but also shows how we Grade 9 students are working hard for the high school entrance exam.

We grow together on this campus. Every tree and flower here has seen us grow and has been with us through every hard-working day. Trees need to root deep in the soil and take in nutrients day by day. In the same way, every practice test we take, every effort we make, and every time we push through difficulties—we are building a foundation for our future and watering the dreams in our hearts.

"Plant this green" means more than planting trees on campus. It means planting hope and strength in our hearts. "Build our future together" means more than growing green trees. It means living up to our youth and striving to be our best. On behalf of all Grade 9 students, I want to share some ideas with everyone:

First, protect our green campus and build self-discipline. Take care of the plants and trees. Cherish every bit of green. Be strict with ourselves and keep working hard. Let the green of Qinwai be the warmest company on our journey.

Second, take action to go green and build a strong foundation for our future. Join in taking care of the plants on campus. Save paper and electricity. Live a low-carbon life. Let's value every class and every practice test. Work hard step by step, build a strong base, so that every effort we make, like a seed, can grow into strength.

Third, share the green idea and keep our youth promise. Tell people around us about loving, planting, and protecting green. Let green become the most beautiful color of Qinwai. And to all our schoolmates—be as strong and persistent as trees. Face every challenge bravely. Live up to our teachers' hopes, our parents' expectations, and most importantly, our own youth. On the exam day in June, let's shine our own light.

Dear schoolmates, trees need strong roots to stand against the wind and rain. We need to work hard to create our future. Let's grow together with this March green. Let's move forward together with Qinwai. Let's take green as our friend and dreams as our guide. Protect our green campus. Keep our original goal in mind. Fight side by side. Grow toward the sun.
