上海美国商会携企业代表团访问南京江北新区

6月16日，上海美国商会带领企业代表团访问南京江北新区，路博润、铂金埃尔莫、星巴克等十家会员企业随队前往。商会企业代表参访了南京江北新区规划展览馆、扬子江金融中心等地，深入了解江北新区的发展规划。

在下午的“投资江北交流会”上，上海美国商会副会长任虹回顾了美商会和江北新区的合作，并赞扬了江北新区的营商环境和产业升级。她表示商会将继续推动会员企业和江北新区的对话与合作。南京江北新区党工委委员、浦口区政府常务副区长刘小平向企业代表团介绍了江北新区的产业路径，并表示新区将持续优化营商环境，支持跨国企业在当地投资发展。

美商会企业代表分享了各自在长三角地区的运营情况和未来发展规划，并与南京钢铁、先声药业等新区企业进行交流。江北新区投资促进和商务局局长王为华也出席了会议。

On June 16, the American Chamber of Commerce in Shanghai led a business delegation to the Nanjing Jiangbei New Area. Ten member companies, including Lubrizol, PerkinElmer and Starbucks, joined the delegation. The delegation visited the Nanjing Jiangbei New Area Planning Exhibition Hall and the Yangtze River Financial Center to better understand the New Area’s development plans.

During the “Choose Nanjing Jiangbei New Area” Exchange Meeting, Helen Ren, Vice President of the Chamber, highlighted the Chamber’s past cooperation with the New Area and commending the New Area’s industry upgrading. Liu Xiaoping, Member of the CPC Working Committee of the Nanjing Jiangbei New Area and Deputy Mayor of Pukou District, introduced the New Area’s industrial strategy. He reaffirmed its commitment to enhancing the business environment and supporting multinational companies operating in the area.

Representatives of member companies shared updates on their current operations in the Yangte River Delta region and plans for future development. They also met with local enterprises, including Nanjing Iron & Steel Group and Simcere. Wang Weihua, Director of the Bureau of Investment Promotion and Commerce of the Nanjing Jiangbei New Area, attended the meeting as well.
