图灵设计 | 南京贤坤花园191底跃的人文静奢复调

光所及处，是静观的日常；  

影所藏处，是丰盈的精神潮汐。  

Where light reaches, there lies the everyday of quiet contemplation;

Where shadows hide, there surges the abundant tide of the spirit.

图灵设计将自然的静谧、光影的流转、生活的肌理，缓缓织入地下与地上之间。  

上层安放烟火，下层滋养精神——每一次拾级而下，都是回归自我的仪式。  

Turing Design weaves the stillness of nature, the flow of light and shadow, and the texture of life slowly between the underground and the aboveground.  

The upper floor holds the mundane烟火, the lower floor nourishes the spirit — every step downward is a ritual of returning to oneself.

图灵设计最新落地的南京贤坤花园191㎡底跃样板间，以“国际人文静奢”与“松弛度假”为内核，于江心洲低密岛居的肌理之上，构筑了一处兼具东方韵致与现代风尚的生活道场。

一半是河西的盛世霓虹，一半是千载江流的烟波浩渺。江心洲豪宅，于城市之心，隐一座岛的奢侈。

从一楼的日常生活诗意，到负一层自我放逐领地，再到负二层的社交殿堂，每一寸空间都在诉说：真正的奢华，是拥有不被外人打扰的精神版图。  

From the poetic daily life on the first floor, to the social sanctuary on the first basement level, and then to the self-exile territory on the second basement level — every inch of space tells: true luxury is having a spiritual territory undisturbed by outsiders.

奢阔空间术与光的低语，总有一束光，为归家者而亮。  

A luxurious soaring void, the whisper of art and light — there is always a beam of light that shines for the one returning home.

当第一缕晨雾携着微凉的风，穿过窗格的雕花屏风，光便以渔网筛金的手法，将朝霞织入室内的每一道纹理——地板上的涟漪、墙面上的波光、器物边沿的碎金。  

When the first wisp of morning mist, carrying a cool breeze, passes through the carved screen of the window lattice, light begins to weave the sunrise into every texture of the interior — the ripples on the floor, the glimmer on the walls, the golden fragments along the edges of objects.

光所及处，是静观的日常；影所藏处，是丰盈的潮汐。  

Each time you descend the steps, wind and light reweave themselves for you.

转首步入客厅，全景落地窗将天光毫无保留地倾泻而入。低伏于窗前的沙发，以织物填充的温柔承托，将此处悄然重塑为一隅慵懒的休憩领地。

当你坐在沙发上，手握一杯单一麦芽威士忌，看着壁炉里的火焰与窗外江面的波光遥相呼应，你会明白——所谓豪宅，不是空间的堆砌，而是让时间慢下来的能力。  

When you sit on the sofa, holding a glass of single malt whiskey, watching the flames in the fireplace echo the shimmering light on the river outside the window, you will understand — what is called a luxury home is not a piling up of space, but the ability to slow down time.

人间至味，亦是艺术展场。宴饮之乐，不止于味；生活之美，不囿于形。  

The ultimate flavors of the world are also an art exhibition. The joy of feasting is not limited to taste; the beauty of life is not confined to form.

客餐厅一体式布局豁然展开，中央的岛台以简洁几何体块界定功能区域，与餐桌连贯呼应，营造出流畅的社交动线。

转身步入餐厨区，LDK的联动动线让情感自然流淌。中厨与西厨分而不隔，岛台足够长，可以同时摊开三本烘焙食谱、一台厨师机、和刚刚从烤箱里端出来的提拉米苏。当水晶杯轻晃，冷翠葡萄酒泛起淡青，每一顿家宴都是一场致敬生活的仪式。  

Turning into the kitchen and dining area, the LDK’s interconnected circulation allows emotions to flow naturally. The Chinese kitchen and western kitchen are separated but not isolated; the island is long enough to hold three baking cookbooks, a stand mixer, and a tiramisu just taken out of the oven. When crystal glasses are gently swirled, the chilled Sauvignon Blanc takes on a pale green tinge — every home feast becomes a ritual honoring life.

夜静春山空，清泉石上流。退去繁华，让身体与灵魂同时着陆。  

The night is still, spring mountains empty; clear springs flow over stones. Shedding the bustle, let both body and soul land at the same time.

主卧是整个底跃最柔软的内核，靠背的双重软垫如羽翼般轻拥睡眠者。  

The master bedroom is the softest core of the entire duplex. The double cushions on the headboard embrace the sleeper like wings.

落地窗外是江心洲的夜景，远处的桥灯连成一条金色的项链。你常常在这样的夜色中入睡，又在晨光中醒来——窗帘是自动的，会在日出前十五分钟缓缓拉开，让第一缕江风成为今天的闹钟。  

Outside the floor-to-ceiling window lies the night view of Jiangxinzhou; the distant bridge lights form a golden necklace. You often fall asleep in such night scenery and wake up in the morning light — the curtains are automatic, slowly opening fifteen minutes before sunrise, letting the first river breeze become today’s alarm clock.

主卫里，独立浴缸正对着一扇小窗。  

周末午后，独立石材浴缸的水温恒定在三十九度。落地窗外，梧桐叶把浓夏筛成细碎光斑，无声落在水面上。  

In the master bathroom, a freestanding bathtub faces a small window.  

On a weekend afternoon, the water temperature in the stone tub is constant at 39°C. Outside the window, plane tree leaves sift the thick summer into tiny specks of light, falling silently onto the water surface.

新风系统滤掉了热浪，只放了光进来。电动卷帘停在半腰——刚好让整座南京的盛夏，收进这一方窗格里。  

The ventilation system filters out the heat, letting only light in. The electric roller blind stops halfway — just in time to fit the entire midsummer of Nanjing into this window frame.

所谓高端，不过是用最精确的控制，换一刻最松弛的走神。  

What is called high-end is nothing more than using the most precise control to exchange for a moment of the most relaxed absent-mindedness.

从过道转身步入次卧，朝东的窗户将清晨第一缕柔光引入室内，窗帘筛落出细密的光影条纹。墙面以浅橡木饰面半高围合，温润的触感从指尖漫至全身。

Turning from the hallway into the guest room, the east-facing window ushers in the first soft light of dawn, while venetian blinds cast delicate striped shadows across the floor. 

亚麻床品与针织搭毯叠出慵懒的层次，临窗设有小书桌，可静坐、可远眺，整个空间不争不抢，只予人一份从容的栖息。

The lower half of the walls is wrapped in warm light oak veneer, its gentle texture soothing from fingertips to soul. The bed adopts a low box-style frame, layered with linen bedding and a knitted throw for a relaxed, inviting feel. A paper pendant lamp hangs beside the bedside, casting a tranquil glow for nighttime reading. By the window, a cantilevered desk offers a spot for quiet contemplation or gazing outward—the space asks for nothing more than to grant its occupant a peaceful retreat.

下探亦是升维，社交即艺术。归家即入境，宴饮有乾坤。  

Descending is also ascending; socializing is art. Returning home is entering a realm; feasting holds the universe.

随观光电梯降至负一层，空间的叙事从清雅转入醇厚。  

Taking the panoramic elevator down to the first basement level, the spatial narrative shifts from elegant and refined to rich and mellow.

旋转楼梯的弧线优雅得像一首爵士乐，每一步都踏在光影的节拍上。早晨，阳光从天窗倾泻而下，在墙面形成移动的图案；傍晚，人工照明接管，温暖的光从隐藏的灯带里漫出来，将整个空间包裹成一块温润的琥珀。  

The curve of the spiral staircase is as elegant as a piece of jazz; every step falls on the rhythm of light and shadow. In the morning, sunlight pours down from the skylight, forming moving patterns on the walls; in the evening, artificial lighting takes over, and warm light diffuses from hidden strips, wrapping the entire space like a piece of warm amber.

不以器物珍贵为显，亦不为陈设繁复所累。  

于触感处见温柔，布之糯、陶之润、藤之韧，皆以最朴素的姿态，隐匿于指尖轻拂的日常。  

Not flaunting precious objects, nor burdened by elaborate furnishings.  

Tenderness is found in textures — the waxy softness of fabric, the smoothness of pottery, the toughness of rattan — all hiding in the everyday brushed by fingertips, in their most humble posture.

那一刻，感受到一种久违的平静。  

不是度假村的短暂逃离，而是日常生活的自然状态——松弛、谧境、温和、接纳。  

In that moment, you feel a long-lost peace.  

Not a brief escape like a resort, but a natural state of daily life — relaxed, tranquil, gentle, accepting.

这里是男主人邀请挚友品鉴雪茄、字画或单纯看球赛的领地，亦是家庭小型音乐会的举办地——B&O音响的低音在挑空空间中缓缓铺开。

This is the territory where the host invites close friends to savor cigars, calligraphy and paintings, or simply watch a ball game; it is also a venue for small family concerts — the bass from the B&O speakers spreads slowly through the soaring space。

微醺、燃烟、沉思，一切刚刚好。慢享生活·隐逸时间之外。  

Tipsy, lighting a cigar, lost in thought — everything is just right. Savor life slowly · secluded beyond time.

Descending one more floor from the first basement level, you reach the more intimate second basement level. The cigar room is wrapped in walnut wood paneling; its dark brown polished surface glows under the warm copper lights with a hue like aged whiskey.

夹层茶室，一张长条桌，一盏低垂的纸灯。下沉式庭院里一丛细竹正把天光滤进来——光线贴着地面，像水一样漫过桌角。  

The mezzanine tea room: a long table, a low-hanging paper lantern. In the sunken courtyard, a clump of slender bamboo filters the daylight in — the light hugs the ground, spreading over the corner of the table like water.

在这里，时间不再被钟表追赶，  

而是被茶叶在杯中沉浮的姿态、书页翻过的轻响、以及庭院光影从东墙走到西墙的缓慢步调，重新度量。  

Here, time is no longer chased by clocks,  

but re-measured by the way tea leaves rise and fall in the cup, the soft sound of turning pages, and the slow pace of courtyard light and shadow moving from the east wall to the west wall.

释放，是为了更好地收回。不乖的空间，安放不羁的灵魂。  

Release, in order to better retract. A space that refuses to be tamed, housing an untamable soul.

推开门，进入电竞房。这里仿佛从未来穿越而来：灯光可随游戏场景变换RGB色彩。收纳柜的玻璃门后，手办与奖杯在灯带照射下如博物馆藏品。  

Push open a hidden door and enter the gaming room. It feels as if it has traveled from the future: the RGB lighting changes with the game scenes. Behind the glass doors of the storage cabinet, figurines and trophies glow under the strip lights like museum exhibits.

现代轻奢风格的客厅空间，整体以暖调中性色系为基底，营造出静谧而高级的居住氛围。沙发选用浅米白色绒面材质，触感柔软细腻，搭配深浅交错的靠枕，在层次中透出优雅。

茶几采用天然大理石台面，红褐色与奶油色的纹理如山水画卷般自然流淌，两件高低错落的圆形组合设计，既打破空间的单调，又形成视觉上的韵律感。台面上精心陈设着古典雕塑残件、黄铜烛台、天然矿石摆件与艺术书籍，每一件器物都在诉说对质感与文化的追求。背景墙以抽象线条与柔和曲线勾勒，与地毯上的几何纹理相呼应，在简约中注入艺术的张力。整个空间如同一首低吟的散文诗，克制中见奢华，宁静中藏温度。

This is a modern luxury living room grounded in warm, neutral tones that cultivate a serene yet sophisticated ambiance. The sofa, upholstered in soft ivory velvet, offers a delicate tactile experience, while the interplay of light and dark throw pillows introduces refined depth. The coffee tables feature natural marble tops, their flowing veins of russet and cream resembling an ink-washed landscape painting. The two-tiered circular arrangement creates visual rhythm and spatial dynamism. 

贤坤花园191底跃的设计，最终指向一种“静蕾之美”——带有松弛感的尊贵。  

图灵设计将东方人文的“留白”与“借景”融入现代住居，底跃的上下双层结构，更实现了“动与静、聚与独、藏与露”的完美平衡——一楼属于日常的诗意，负一层属于社交的温度，负二层属于自我的酣畅。  

The design of Xiankun Garden’s 191㎡ ground-floor duplex ultimately points to a “quiet bud beauty” — a dignified elegance with a sense of relaxation.  

Turing Design integrates the eastern humanistic concepts of “blank-leaving” and “borrowed scenery” into modern living. The two-story duplex structure achieves a perfect balance of “movement and stillness, gathering and solitude, concealment and revelation” — the first floor belongs to the poetry of everyday life, the first basement level to the warmth of socializing, and the second basement level to the uninhibited freedom of self.

家不再是一个地址，而是一种状态——世界岛居，心归此处。  

Home is no longer an address, but a state of being — an island dwelling in the world, where the heart returns.
