2026年3月31日，南京电气科技集团国际化事业部召开2026年第一次交流研讨会。会议承接白云电气集团国际化战略部署，统一国际化思想，打破各单位资源壁垒，明确年度工作重点，并为后续常态化国际化工作开展奠定基调、搭建平台。
On March 31, 2026, the International Business Division of Nanjing Electric Technology Group convened the first exchange seminar of 2026. Following the international strategic deployment of BPG, the meeting aimed to unify the mindset for internationalization, break down resource barriers among various units, clarify annual work priorities, and lay the foundation and build a platform for subsequent regular internationalization initiatives.
会上，南京电气科技集团总经理助理、国际化事业部总经理于雯雯首先作科技集团国际化战略宣贯；国际化事业部总经理助理齐光明、总经理助理王俊萍分别作绝缘子专题、外扩产品专题、套管及空心复合产品专题的国际市场研判评估分享；白云电气集团战略发展部张泽辉发布白云系外贸产品体系。
At the meeting, Yu Wenwen, Assistant General Manager of Nanjing Electric Technology Group and General Manager of the International Business Division, first delivered a presentation on the internationalization strategy of the technology group. Qi Guangming and Wang Junping, Assistant General Managers of the International Business Division, respectively shared international market research and evaluation on the special topics of insulators, expanded products, bushings and hollow composite products. Zhang Zehui from the Strategic Development Department of BPG released their foreign trade product system.
随后，参会人员分组进行主题研讨，财务支持组、技术支持组、生产支持组、职能辅助组及营销推进组分别发布并受领小组目标责任状。
Subsequently, participants conducted themed discussions in groups. The Financial Support Group, Technical Support Group, Production Support Group, Functional Support Group and Marketing Promotion Group respectively released and accepted target responsibility statements.
白云电气集团总经理助理王一休在会上指出，本次会议是国际化事业部从贸易模式向出海平台模式转型的重要里程碑，是跨条线全链条协同出海的关键起点。后续将聚焦人才、技术、机制三大核心，白云电气集团携手科技集团共同推进中后台赋能升级，攻坚全球市场，共筑大白云国际化新格局。
Wang Yixiu, Assistant General Manager of BPG, pointed out at the meeting that this seminar is an important milestone for the International Business Division to transform from a trade model to an overseas platform model, and a crucial starting point for cross-departmental and full-chain collaborative overseas expansion. Going forward, focusing on the three cores of talent, technology and mechanism, BPG will join hands with Nanjing Electric to promote the enablement and upgrading of middle and back offices, tackle the global market, and jointly build a new internationalization pattern for the Greater BPG.
白云电气集团副总经理、南京电气科技集团总经理沈其荣最后作总结讲话。沈总指出，推进国际化，既是落实董事长与白云电气集团的战略部署，也是科技集团实现自身发展的内在要求。其一要凝心聚力，拓展全球市场；其二要推动全公司、全链条、全方位的国际化；其三要坚持规划引领，把人才队伍建设摆在首位；其四要摒弃以中国思维主导国际化业务的惯性，克服狭隘的部门主义，在创新中不断完善，在发展中稳步提升。沈总表示，南京电气必须树立全球市场一盘棋的理念，紧跟白云集团战略部署，持续深化机制创新，充分激发各层级员工活力，为集团全面出海战略的落地贡献核心力量，共同谱写集团国际化发展的新篇章！
Shen Qirong, Deputy General Manager of BPG and General Manager of Nanjing Electric Technology Group, delivered a concluding speech at last. General Manager Shen noted that advancing internationalization is not only an implementation of the strategic deployment of the Chairman and BPG, but also an inherent requirement for Nanjing Electric to achieve its own development. First, we need to unite efforts to expand the global market; second, we need to drive the internationalization of the whole company, the whole chain and all dimensions; third, we need to adhere to planning guidance and prioritize talent team building; fourth, we need to abandon the inertia of leading international business with Chinese-style thinking, overcome narrow departmentalism, continuously improve through innovation, and steadily enhance through development. General Manager Shen stated that Nanjing Electric must establish the concept of a holistic approach to the global market, closely follow BPG's strategic deployment, continuously deepen mechanism innovation, fully stimulate the vitality of employees at all levels, contribute core strength to the implementation of the group's comprehensive overseas strategy, and jointly compose a new chapter in the group's international development!
此次会议由科技集团企管运营中心洪田强主持，白云电气集团相关领导、科技集团领导班子及相关职能部门负责人、各经营单位领导班子及国际化业务相关人员等参加会议。
This meeting was chaired by Hong Tianqiang from the Enterprise Management and Operation Center of Nanjing Electric. Relevant leaders of BPG, the leadership team of Nanjing Electric and heads of relevant functional departments, leadership teams of various business units and personnel related to international business attended the meeting.
