南京地铁7号线是南京开通的第十二条地铁线路。

南京地铁7号线运用的是全自动无人驾驶车辆平台。

2017年11月29日，南京地铁7号线全线开工。

北段，幕府西路站至仙新路站于2022年12月28日正式运营。

南段，西善桥站至应天大街站于2023年12月28日正式运营。

中段，南湖站至钟阜路站于2024年12月28日开通初期运营。

标志色为墨绿色。

途经雨花台区、建邺区、鼓楼区、栖霞区。

经过西善桥站、螺塘路站、太清路站、永初路站、嘉陵江东街站、中胜站、新城科技园站、梦都大街东站、应天大街站、南湖站、大士茶亭站、莫愁湖站、清凉山站、草场门站、古平岗站、福建路站、钟阜路站、幕府西路站、五塘广场站、幕府山站、晓庄站、万寿站、丁家庄站、丁家庄南站、尧化新村站、尧化门站、仙新路站。

南京地铁7号线全长35.49公里，全部为地下线。

共设置27座车站，全部为地下车站。

采用B型鼓形列车6节编组。

最高运行时速80公里/时。
