南京1912街区是民国风情商业休闲街区，位于南京市玄武区长江后街8号，L形环绕总统府，距离新街口约1公里 。

得名：1912年1月1日，孙中山在南京就任中华民国临时大总统 。

开街：2004年12月24日 。

规模：占地约4万平方米，建筑面积约2.3万平方米，由19幢民国风格建筑及共和、博爱、新世纪、太平洋4个街心广场组成 。

定位：集餐饮、娱乐、休闲、观光于一体，主打民国文化与夜生活，是南京潮流地标与文商旅融合示范街区 。

二、建筑特色

风格：中西合璧民国风，青砖灰瓦、砖红与青灰相间，拱券回廊、庭院布局，修旧如旧 。

肌理：多栋为民国原建筑（军政旧址、名流官邸），保留历史细节 。

三、业态与体验

业态：以餐饮、酒吧、文创、市集为主，兼顾网红打卡与非遗体验。

氛围：白天文艺复古、适合拍照；夜晚酒吧热闹，是南京夜生活核心区之一。
