案例介绍：2024年5月，美国原告在伊利诺伊州联邦法院起诉国内头部画材企业F公司图片著作权侵权，法院签发临时限制令冻结其亚马逊、沃尔玛账户。律所临危受命，组建跨境律师团，成功申请延期答辩，经三轮谈判达成和解，协助F公司解冻账户并恢复运营。本案以非诉路径化解跨境知识产权纠纷，节省成本，保障中国企业海外权益，展现了中国涉外律师的牵头作用和跨境团队管理能力，获客户高度认可。

In May 2024, a U.S. plaintiff filed a lawsuit in the U.S. District Court for the Northern District of Illinois against Company F, a Chinese leading art materials company, alleging image copyright infringement. The court issued a TRO freezing the company’s Amazon and Walmart accounts. The firm stepped in at a critical moment, formed a cross-border legal team, successfully obtained an extension to respond to the complaint, and reached a settlement after three rounds of negotiations, helping Company F unfreeze its accounts and resume operations. This case resolved a cross-border intellectual property dispute through non-litigation means, reducing costs, protecting the overseas rights and interests of a Chinese enterprise, and demonstrating the leading role and cross-cultural team management capabilities of Chinese foreign-related lawyers, which were highly recognized by the client.
