现代南京绒花的制作工序

现代南京绒花以蚕丝与黄铜丝为原料，先理顺原料后将蚕丝紧密缠绕在铜丝表面形成绒层，再对绒丝分股拆分，经手工扭折塑形做出花瓣、花叶等部件，之后分层捆扎组合成完整花型，最后细致微调形态、整理绒面完成成品。

Modern Nanjing velvet flowers adopt silk and brass wire as raw materials. After tidying materials, silk is tightly wound around copper wires to form velvet layers. The velvet wires are then split into strands and manually twisted and bent into petals and leaves. These components are bundled layer by layer into complete flower shapes, followed by subtle shape adjustment and velvet trimming to finish the product.
