


南京晓庄学院是由江苏省和南京市共建、南京市属全日制公办普通本科院校。学校前身是伟大的人民教育家陶行知先生1927年创办的“晓庄试验乡村师范”,是我国乡村师范教育发祥地,是近代中国教育家精神策源地。1951年,经周恩来总理批准,南京晓庄师范学校复校。2000年,南京市晓庄师范学校和南京师范专科学校、南京教育学院合并建立南京晓庄学院。2014年,南京幼儿高等师范学校并入。2024年,学校获批硕士学位授予单位。
1.报名时间
本公告为2026年长期招聘公告。所有招聘岗位自公告发布之日起接受报名,学校根据各岗位报名情况,确定各期考核人选,适时启动考核程序。学校将及时公示每期招聘结果,未招满的岗位报名有效期截至2026年12月31日。

Major Duties and Responsibilities
The appointee will be responsible mainly for the following:
Coordinating and overseeing the daily operations of the In School Chinese Music Programme, which includes instrumental classes, orchestra activities, and General Education courses in Chinese music (e.g., enrolment, scheduling, instructor coordination, financial and payroll processing, etc.);
Managing public relations matters to promote the programme effectively;
Organising and coordinating various activities, such as press conferences and overseas performance tours; and
Performing any other tasks as assigned.
Candidates
Candidates should possess the following qualifications, experience and competence:
A Bachelor’s degree in Chinese Music, Chinese Studies, Cultural Heritage, Journalism or a related discipline;
Substantial experience in managing or supporting Chinese music programme;
A good command of English and Chinese (preferably including Putonghua);
Strong interpersonal and communication skills at a high level; and
At least two years of relevant working experience in a tertiary institution or university setting will be advantage.
Candidates may be invited to attend a written test.
