2026年南京医科大学国际课程《职业健康系列讲座》开课啦!

依托南京医科大学国际课程平台，南京医科大学公共卫生学院特邀香港中文大学赛马会公共卫生及基层医疗学院副院长谢立亚（Shelly Tse）教授开设《职业健康系列讲座》课程，课程将于2026年7月22日正式开启！

Relying on the international course platform of Nanjing Medical University, the School of Public Health of Nanjing Medical University invites Professor Shelly Tse, Associate Director (Mainland Affairs) of the Jockey Club School of Public Health and Primary Care at The Chinese University of Hong Kong, to teach the course "Occupational Health Lecture Series", which will start on July 22nd, 2026!

课程描述 Description of Course

本课程主要面向公共卫生与预防医学、职业与环境健康、流行病学等相关专业研究生或高年级本科生，欢迎相关专业教师、科研人员、职业卫生管理人员等参与旁听。课程为期2天，共12学时（含3次专题讲座与1次研讨实践课），完成学习者可获得1.2学分。课程将从职业健康基础理论与历史发展入手，逐步深入职业病的识别与防控、职业流行病学实践应用，最后通过小组讨论与情景演练，帮助学生掌握职业健康危害评估技能，实现理论与实践的有机结合。

This course is primarily designed for undergraduate students and graduate students majoring in Public Health and Preventive Medicine, Occupational and Environmental Health, Epidemiology, and other related programs. Faculty members, researchers, and occupational health management professionals from relevant fields are also welcome to audit the course. The 2-day program includes 12 class hours (3 lectures and 1 practicum session), and participants who complete the course will be granted 1.2 academic credits. The course begins with the fundamental theories and history of occupational health, progressively delves into the identification and prevention of occupational diseases, the practical application of occupational epidemiology, and finally, through group discussions and scenario-based exercises, helps students master occupational health hazard evaluation skills, achieving an in-depth integration of theory and practice.

教授简介 Professor introduction

谢立亚（Shelly Lap-ah TSE），现任香港中文大学赛马会公共卫生及基层医疗学院教授、副院长（内地事务）。谢教授毕业于复旦大学获医学学士学位，后于香港中文大学取得公共卫生哲学博士学位（PhD），并曾在美国国家癌症研究所（NCI）/美国国立卫生研究院（NIH）接受进一步培训。谢教授的研究兴趣集中于评估职业与环境暴露对劳动者健康的影响，特别是夜班工作、职业粉尘和环境混合物暴露的健康效应。她累计主持及参与研究项目经费超过5000万港元，发表研究论文250余篇。2014年，她作为第四完成人获得国家科学技术进步奖二等奖（职业粉尘危害防控策略相关）。自2014年起，谢教授担任南京医科大学客座教授。

谢教授目前在多个专业学会担任重要职务，包括国际职业卫生协会（ICOH）中国国家秘书、职业安全健康局（OSHC）成员及研究委员会主席、香港研究资助局（RGC）本地自资学位界别竞争性研究资助计划评审小组成员等。

Shelly Lap-ah TSE is Professor and Associate Director (Mainland Affairs) of the Jockey Club School of Public Health and Primary Care, the Chinese University of Hong Kong. Shelly obtained her Bachelor of Medicine from Fudan University and PhD degree at the Chinese University of Hong Kong, and received further training in the NCI/NIH of USA. Shelly’s research interests focus on assessing health impacts of occupational and environmental exposures on worker health, in particular nightshift work, occupational dust, and environmental mixtures. Shelly awarded research grants of HKD50+ million and published 250+ research papers. Shelly received the Second-Class Award of State Scientific and Technological Progress Award (SSTPA) in 2014 (ranked #4) related to strategies in prevention and control for occupational dust hazard. Shelly has been the visiting professor of Nanjing Medical University since 2014.

Shelly now is holding several important positions to serve the professional societies, such as, National Secretary of ICOH, P. R. of China, Member and Research Committee Chairman of Occupational Safety and Health Council (OSHC), and Assessment Panel for Competitive Research Funding Schemes for the Local Self-financing Degree (SF) Sector under the Research Grants Council (RGC).

讲课内容 Course Outline and Assignment

1）职业健康与卫生概述：系统讲解职业健康的基础概念与发展历史，阐述职业病与职业伤害的预防原则，介绍职业健康专业人员的成长路径，以及职业健康研究的演变趋势。

2）职业病与职业伤害：深入讲解职业病与职业伤害的基本概念，重点介绍职业性耳聋的发病机制与听力保护要求，结合典型案例帮助学生理解职业病的识别与防控策略。

3）职业流行病学实践：系统讲解职业流行病学的基本概念，包括暴露评估、研究设计、健康工人效应等核心内容，通过课堂练习引导学生深入分析职业流行病学证据，提升批判性评价能力。

4）职业健康实践：通过小组讨论与情景演练，帮助学生熟悉职业健康危害评估技能，针对不常见的职业健康实践场景进行团队分析、展示与互评（内容占50%，表现占50%），并评选最佳团队。

Lecture 1 An overview of occupational health and hygiene

(Fundamental of occupational health and history, principles of preventing occupational diseases and injuries, roadmap to becoming an occupational health professional, evolution of occupational health research)

Lecture 2 Occupational disease and injury

(Fundamental concepts related to occupational disease and injury, introduction to occupational deafness and hearing conservation requirements)

Lecture 3 Occupational epidemiology in practice

(Fundamental concepts of occupational epidemiology, exposure assessment, study design, healthy worker effect. In-class exercise for an in-depth analysis of occupational epidemiological evidence)

Lecture 4 Occupational health practice

(Familiar with occupational health hazard evaluation skills, group discussion of unfamiliar occupational health practice scenarios, group presentations and assessment (content 50% plus performance 50%), and giving one award for the best team)
