Grandway adds duo specialists to Nanjing and Hangzhou

Grandway Law Offices has recently added two experts Zhang Liu, Zhang Cheng as partners to its Nanjing and Hangzhou offices respectively.Zhang Liu focuses on the capital markets practice area. Prior to joining Grandway, he worked at C & T Partners.Zhang Cheng’s main practice areas cover securities and capital markets, corporate M&A, equity investment and financing, and the restructuring of state-owned enterprises, among others. Prior to joining Grandway, he worked at King & Wood Mallesons.Grandway stated in a press release that the joining of the two experts and their teams will further enhance the firm’s comprehensive strength and inject new impetus into its steady development.
