6月10日，南京电气科技集团第六届心肺复苏与 AED 使用专项培训圆满落幕。集团始终秉持“安全第一、生命至上”理念，以常态化急救培训践行企业社会责任，为来自各部门的近30名员工带来了一场理论与实践深度融合的急救技能课程。
On June 10, the 6th Special Training on Cardiopulmonary Resuscitation (CPR) and Automated External Defibrillator (AED) Use of Nanjing Electric Technology Group successfully concluded. Adhering to the philosophy of "Safety First, Life Paramount", the Group fulfills its corporate social responsibility through regular first-aid training, providing a first-aid skill course that deeply integrates theory and practice for nearly 30 employees from various departments.
培训伊始，安环消防部部长刘仁轩作开场致辞。他回顾前五届成果，重申“黄金四分钟”的关键意义——心搏骤停后大脑4-6分钟即发生不可逆损伤，前4分钟是挽救生命的核心窗口期。他勉励学员珍惜机会、掌握本领，关键时刻挺身而出守护生命。
At the start of the training, Liu Renxuan, Minister of the Safety, Environment and Fire Protection Department, delivered an opening speech. He reviewed the achievements of the previous five sessions and reaffirmed the critical significance of the "Golden 4 Minutes" —irreversible damage to the brain occurs 4 to 6 minutes after cardiac arrest, and the first 4 minutes are the core golden window period for saving lives. He encouraged the trainees to cherish the opportunity, master the skills, and step forward to protect lives in critical moments.
教学环节中，孙老师系统讲解心肺复苏的完整操作逻辑，从环境评估、意识判断，到按压深度与频率，层层递进、条理清晰。同时重点演示AED设备开机、贴片及电击的全过程，结合多年一线实战经验，分享急救中易被忽视的关键细节，让抽象理论变得生动具体。
During the teaching session, Teacher Sun systematically explained the complete operation logic of CPR, progressing layer by layer and clearly structured, covering aspects from environment assessment and consciousness judgment to compression depth and frequency. Meanwhile, he/she focused on demonstrating the entire process of turning on the AED device, applying the pads, and delivering an electric shock. Combining years of front-line practical experience, Teacher Sun shared key details that are easily overlooked in first aid, making abstract theories vivid and concrete.
实操演练阶段，参训员工两人一组轮换上阵。在孙老师与韩老师的悉心指导下，大家反复打磨胸外按压的节奏与力度，练习AED的快速部署与规范使用。老师们穿梭于各组之间，逐一纠正动作要领，确保每位学员操作精准到位。
In the practical drill session, participating employees took turns in pairs. Under the careful guidance of Teacher Sun and Teacher Han, everyone repeatedly refined the rhythm and strength of chest compressions, and practiced the rapid deployment and standardized use of AEDs. The teachers moved between groups, correcting the key points of each action one by one to ensure that every trainee's operation was accurate and in place.
考核环节严谨有序，每位学员须完成一整套CPR+AED标准化操作流程。最终，所有通过考核的员工均顺利获得《心肺复苏培训证书》。
The assessment session was rigorous and orderly, with each trainee required to complete a full set of standardized CPR+AED operation procedures. In the end, all employees who passed the assessment successfully obtained the *CPR Training Certificate*.
此次培训不仅是一次急救技能的传递，更是企业安全文化的深入培育。南京电气未来将持续依托红十字会专业资源，不断优化培训形式和师资配置，推动更多员工成为关键时刻敢于出手、善于施救的“第一响应人”。
This training is not only a transfer of first-aid skills but also an in-depth cultivation of the enterprise's safety culture.
