会上，市场管理中心首先作科技集团半年度营销情况通报并分享市场动态资讯，绝缘子公司、电气事业部、江西电瓷公司、新能源事业部、国际化事业部营销负责人分别就上半年营销工作完成情况、下半年重点项目推进计划和关键市场分析进行汇报。随后，市场管理中心作科技集团内部协同激励方案汇报，参会人员对激励方案进行现场研讨，并结合各自负责市场情况作分享交流。
At the conference, the Market Management Center first reported on the Group's half-year marketing performance and shared market dynamics. Marketing heads from the Insulator Company, Electrical Business Division, Jiangxi Electric Porcelain Company, New Energy Business Division, and International Business Division respectively presented reports on their first-half marketing performance, key project promotion plans for the second half, and analyses of critical markets. Subsequently, the Market Management Center introduced the Group's internal collaboration incentive scheme, after which participants held on-site discussions on the scheme and exchanged insights based on their respective market responsibilities.
白云电气集团副总经理、南京电气科技集团总经理沈其荣作总结讲话。沈总指出，当前行业正处在深刻变局之中，传统赛道竞争日趋白热化，科技集团上下要清醒识变、主动应变。沈总强调，各经营单位要将效率提升作为企业发展的永恒课题，必须坚持协同、创新、高效的原则，破除繁琐流程，围绕“四个满意”做深做透，全面强化内部业务协同并以结果为导向快速兑现激励。
Shen Qirong, Deputy General Manager of BPG and General Manager of Nanjing Electric, delivered a concluding speech. Mr. Shen pointed out that the industry is currently undergoing profound changes, with competition in traditional sectors becoming increasingly fierce. He emphasized that all business units should take efficiency improvement as an eternal task for enterprise development, adhere to the principles of collaboration, innovation, and efficiency, eliminate cumbersome procedures, thoroughly implement the "Four Satisfactions" initiative, strengthen internal business collaboration across the board, and adopt a result-oriented approach to promptly deliver incentives.
针对营销体系建设和能力提升，沈总要求，一方面要系统性提升标书质量和投标报价竞争力，另一方面要构建重大项目信息共享平台，鼓励业务关联紧密的公司主动对接、灵活协作，杜绝形式主义，同时强化重点市场与地方网络的资源协同和精准帮扶。沈总表示，营销团队是公司的核心力量之一，全体营销人员要坚定信心、锐意攻坚，为圆满实现全年目标、加快打造具有全球竞争力的营销体系而不懈奋斗。
Regarding the construction and capacity enhancement of the marketing system, Mr. Shen required that, on one hand, Nanjing Electric should systematically improve the quality of bidding documents and the competitiveness of bidding quotes; on the other hand, it should build an information sharing platform for major projects, encourage closely related business units to proactively connect and collaborate flexibly, and put an end to formalism. Meanwhile, the Group should strengthen resource coordination and targeted support between key markets and local networks.Mr. Shen noted that the marketing team is one of the company's core forces, and all marketing staff should stay confident, forge ahead with determination, and strive to successfully achieve the annual goals and accelerate the building of a globally competitive marketing system.
