On the morning of May 29, Nanjing Electric officially launched the 4th Talent Echelon Training Camp, and simultaneously held a series of activities including an AI themed training session.

In his opening speech, General Deng emphasized, "Through the development of the 4th Talent Echelon, we will further address talent shortages, strengthen echelon resilience, activate organizational dynamics, and forge a tough team of talents for the company that is ready to be called upon, capable of fighting when arriving, and sure to win when fighting." Subsequently, Director Xue Xiaoli from the Human Resources Center of the Technology Group released the 4th phase training plan, clarifying the transformation from "cultivating talents" to "driving business growth." This training camp is based on scientific talent assessment reports, accurately matches high-quality external resources, deeply integrates with annual cadre management work, and quantifies evaluation results to ensure that what is learned is applied and training delivers tangible results.

During the team co-creation session, participants spoke freely, fully expressing their expectations and enterprising spirits for this training camp. To boost morale and meet challenges, the attending leaders delivered mobilization speeches respectively, encouraging all participants to cherish the learning opportunities, apply what they have learned, and use practice to promote learning. They emphasized the importance of closely combining theory with practice, consolidating the foundation of talents, expanding knowledge reserves, and fully releasing the organizational dynamics of mutual learning between teaching and learning.
