1.主导机械系统的设计与开发，实现对不同规格电池单元在可控、可重复条件下的加压测试；

2.重新设计电池测试装置，使其适配多种电池封装形式，并能施加可控且均匀的压力；

3.负责详细图纸设计、零部件选型采购，并协调本地加工制造与装配；

4.确保测试系统具备高稳定性、高安全性，满足高通量实验需求，并协助完成相关安全认证（如CCC认证）；

5.持续优化测试系统在实际运行中的性能，与团队成员紧密协作，保障实验的可靠性和数据质量。

1.In this role, you will own the design and development of mechanical systems that enable controlled and repeatable testing of battery cells under varying conditions.

2.You will redesign battery testing units to accommodate different cell formats and enable the application of controlled and uniform pressure.

3.You will be responsible for producing detailed designs, sourcing components, and managing local manufacturing and assembly.

4.You will ensure systems are robust, safe, and suitable for high-throughput experimental use, including supporting relevant safety certifications (e.g. CCC).

5.You will also maintain and improve the performance of test systems during operation, working closely with the other team members to ensure experimental reliability and data quality.

1.In this role, you will design and execute electrochemical testing protocols across a range of battery chemistries and cell formats.

2.You will investigate the impact of experimental conditions on battery performance, with a particular focus on understanding mechanisms of degradation and lifetime improvement.

3.You will be responsible for sourcing batteries from a range of suppliers, including local manufacturers, and ensuring a diverse set of chemistries and formats are tested.

1.In this role, you will own the experimental data pipeline end-to-end, including the design of experiments, data collection frameworks, data structuring, and data curation.

2.You will work closely with the mechanical and battery teams to ensure experiments are designed to generate high-quality, analysable data.

3.You will perform statistical analysis and develop models to identify relationships between experimental conditions and battery performance. 

4.You will focus on extracting insights from large datasets, including identifying trends, causal relationships, and performance drivers.

5.You will explore opportunities to integrate experimental insights with battery management systems and develop predictive/AI models for battery lifetime and degradation.

1.As the technical and experimental lead of the project, you will manage and oversee a team of 3 Researchers across mechanical design, battery testing, and data science, ensuring that experiments are well-designed, efficiently executed, and produce robust and meaningful results.

2.You will be responsible for the day-to-day management of the team and laboratory, ensuring high productivity, strong coordination, and high-quality outputs. 

3.You will oversee data collection, validation, and interpretation, and ensure that results are statistically robust and aligned with project objectives.

4.You will act as the primary point of contact with the Cambridge research team and ensure effective collaboration across locations.

5.In addition, you will support the sourcing of battery materials and components from local and international partners, and help identify opportunities for external collaboration, pilot testing, and commercialisation. 

6.You will contribute to translating technical results into clear value propositions through competitor and customer analysis.
